Bulk, Trade & Wholesale

SoapX supplies valeters, detailers, bodyshops, garages, dealerships, car clubs and resellers. If you get through product by the litre, or you want SoapX on your shelves, open a trade account and order at trade prices.

Who it is for

Any business can apply. That includes:

  • Bulk buyers. Valeting and detailing businesses, fleets and car clubs buying 5L containers or multiples of the same product.
  • Trade accounts. Garages, bodyshops and dealerships that use SoapX in their own work.
  • Wholesale and resale. Shops and online retailers that want to stock the range.

Trade terms

  • Minimum order: 20 litres of product per order, for example four 5L containers. You can mix products and formulas to reach it.
  • Trade price: 6% off our retail prices on every trade order.
  • Larger orders: orders over £500 are quoted individually. Tell us what you need and we will come back with a price.
  • Wholesale and resale: quoted on request.

How to order

  • Orders up to £200: we give you a personal trade code. Enter it at checkout and your trade price is applied.
  • Orders over £200: email us your order. We send you an invoice and you pay by bank transfer.

Open a trade account

Email hello@soapx.co.uk with the subject "Trade enquiry" and tell us:

  • Your business name and what you do
  • Your website or social page, if you have one
  • The products, formulas and sizes you are interested in
  • Roughly how much you expect to use or sell each month
  • Your delivery postcode

We aim to reply within 2 working days.

Tell your customers you use SoapX

Your customers like to know what goes on their car. Once your trade account is open, you are welcome to say that you use or stock SoapX, and we will help you do it.

  • On your website. Add "We use SoapX" or "SoapX stockist" to your services or products page, with a link to soapx.co.uk. We send you our logo and a short line about the range to go with it, and the trade badges below are ready to use.
  • On our website. As trade customers come on board we will list them here, with your business name, your town and a link to your website. Tell us if you would like to be included.
  • On social media. Tag @soapx_uk in your work and we will share the best of it.

Two badges are ready for trade customers. Use We use SoapX if you wash, valet or detail with our products, and Official stockist if you sell them. Copy the code under the badge and paste it into your website. Each badge links back to soapx.co.uk.

The badges are for businesses with an open SoapX trade account. Please use them as they are, without changing the colours or the wording, and take them down if your trade account closes. Need a picture file instead of code? Email hello@soapx.co.uk and we will send one.

Good to know

  • We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

  • Our dilution ratio calculator works out product and water for any container, from a trigger bottle to a 20 litre bucket.
  • The range launches with our first production run. Trade enquiries are open now so we can plan stock for you.
