Where we deliver

Our cleaning products are currently delivered within the United Kingdom only. Many car care products, including aerosols and some concentrated liquids, are restricted for international and air transport. Clothing and accessories are made to order by our print partner and can be delivered to the UK and to many countries worldwide.

UK delivery for cleaning products

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Due to carrier restrictions on liquids and aerosols, some addresses, including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses, may take longer or may not be available. We will contact you if this affects your order.

Clothing and accessories

These items are printed especially for you after you place your order, which usually takes 2 to 7 working days before dispatch. They are sent separately from any cleaning products in the same order, so you may receive more than one parcel.

Delivery charges depend on your location and are shown at checkout. Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

•       United Kingdom: 3 to 5 working days

•       Europe: 4 to 10 working days

•       Rest of the world: 5 to 20 working days

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we will send you a confirmation email, including tracking details where available.

Delays, lost and damaged parcels

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the expected date, or arrives damaged, please email us and we will put it right.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
